Socious realizes that because our Tools can be customized to fit
the diverse needs of any organization, it is important to work closely
with our clients and maximize your website launch and roll-out.
Each client works closely with a Socious Deployment Manager. This
Deployment Manager is responsible for working with the group to
get the site ready for launch, and then rolling it out to the membership
or user base. The Deployment Manager is there to offer help and
insight as to the most effective means to make the deployment of
the site to the user base an easy and positive experience.
Business Analysis and Design
For all of our customers, we take the time to learn about their
organization, their communication goals and vision for the future.
We work with them to configure the application and information being
stored to make sure it will fit not only your needs now, but be
positioned to accommodate your growth in the future. After identifying
the setup requirements, the Socious team designs a test website
for you so you can use the system in a functioning environment.
We then work closely with you to work through changes and issues
until the site is setup exactly how you want it.
Branding and Graphic Design
For many clients, the branding or image they portray to their members
has evolved over time. The Socious team can mirror much of the “look
and feel” of the application to directly reflect the image
of your organization. For those clients that do not have established
branding, or would like to update their image, our team can help
create logos and banners, and provide other graphic design services
to help them portray the image they desire. Socious also updates
conference pages and other graphical layouts throughout the site
to match that some look and feel.
Launch and Roll-Out Support
Once you have signed off on the setup of your new Socious Tools
powered website, we work with you to identify the best ways to launch
your new site. Using our experience from our past site launches,
we help you identify communication plans, put together emails and
collateral materials, and help your staff let your employees and
members know how they can start communicating online. |
