Fusion CRM User Group Chooses Socious

User group from leading application provider will

use Socious for member communications

Mesa, AZ October 20, 2005 —Socious, a leading provider of online communication tools to companies, user groups, and associations announced that the Fusion CRM User Group (Fusion) has chosen them for their online communication solution. Fusion has a membership made up of Oracle, PeopleSoft and Siebel application customers all sharing information about their projects, methods and best-practices.

“Adding Fusion as our twelfth Oracle-based group, allows us to help each group to learn from collective whole in regards to communication.” said Paul Schneider SVP of Business development for Socious. “We anticipate that the Fusion groups will become one of our largest customers over-time due to their very large pool of potential members. We will be there to help them grow every step of the way.” he concluded.

The new Fusion site will use the Socious vendor program functionality to allow vendors access to the site in a controlled way. This program allowed the Fusion group to pay for the site for its’ first year before the site went live. “The vendor program we offer has been a tremendous benefit to our customers. It allows them to turn our software from an expense to a revenue generating opportunity.” Schneider stated.

Socious and ISUG launched the new ISUG tool at the Sybase TechWave 2005 Conference held last week in Las Vegas, Nevada.
