Socious Closes out 2006 with Big Growth

Company Adds 5 Major New Clients in Q4

December 27, 2006 Phoenix, AZ—Socious closed out the year with a spike in new client activity signing 5 major new clients in Q4. All of these clients will be going live in January and February 2007.

“We are being looked at by many organizations as a compliment to their Association Management Software System.” said Paul Schneider, SVP of Business Development. “Many organizations are looking for ways to get their members more engaged throughout the year. An AMS system does a lot of things, but typically, can’t help. We provide that functionality that integrates to the customers current AMS.”

Socious currently has clients that run on Avectra and iMIS and the Socious system links to those systems. “This is an exciting time for our company when clients see us as a compliment and an enhancement to their current software investment.” Said Scott Balthazor, President.

The growth of the company and anticipated growth in 2007 have required Socious to sign a lease on larger offices that are currently being built out and will be ready in 2007.
