The Socious Tools provides users a quick and easy interface to search across the information being shared by members and the organization. The Search tool scans the Files, Forums, News and Issue modules based on key words and criteria set by the user.

Over time, the information being shared becomes a valuable knowledge repository for your organization. The Search tool ensures that users can tap into that knowledge on a moment's notice. Users can search the entire system based on keywords, categorization, and time frames. Any new files are added to the search engine within 30 minutes of posting.
