Account Management
Socious prides itself on customer service. It is not uncommon for

end, each of our clients has a direct Account Manager they can talk
to when they have questions. These people are not just a voice on
the phone -- our Account Managers attend customer meetings, conferences
and conference calls based on your needs. They work with each client
to help them achieve their communication goals through the application,
and share “best practices” learned from other clients
and industry expertise. Our goal is for our account manager to become
a valuable member of your “team”.
