The Socious Tools allow organizations to capture information about their individual users. This ‘User Profile’ can be updated by the individual user to reduce administration and put more power in the hands of the user.

The User Profile is completely customizable to capture any type of data that the organization would need about the membership. User Profiles can be searched on to find users in a specifc area, with a specific skill-set, who have attended a conference, paid dues—virtually any piece of user data can be captured and searched upon in the User Profiles.

User Database Highlights:

• Allows for users to put in contact and other pertinent information that is defined by the organization.
• Users have the ability to update their personal information in the system. On every page in the system there is a ‘My Profile’ link for them to update all of the information they have the security to update.
• All users have the ability to search for other users based on their contact, geographical or the user criteria entered into the ‘User Profile’. Allows users to quickly find users with similar interests to themselves.
• Users can have a direct correlation to a Group within the system, or users can be set-up as individual members. This is dictated by the membership structure of the group.
